Everyone is welcome to join in as the sessions are very relaxed and we share knowledge, learn from each other and perhaps try something new.
This months 3 members have kindly provided a RAW image for you to process however you like. If you are coming please contact me to ask for the images.
By sharing the processed images we can learn:
- How the images were processed in different software
- How we all see different possibilities in an image and,
- How we processed it differently

Welcome back. Time to register and fill in the registration form even if you have paid beforehand. There will also be an opportunity to catch up with each other and there will be members at various tables around the hall where you can ask questions about:
- The website
- Competitions
- Buddy system
- Cafe Forum, self help group.
- Suggest items you would like included in future programmes
Sat 5 Sep 2026 - Café Forum - Red, dead or round

This month encourages members to look for different subjects. The images can contain one, two or all three elements of the challenge, perhaps a dead round red flower! Please bring your images to share and discuss.

Sat 3 Oct 2026 - Café Forum - 3rd October, 2026 - Long exposure

Each month has a different challenge, this month is a mixture. Bring your long exposure images but there will be at least one pinhole camera to have a play with.

Sat 7 Nov 2026 - Cafe Forum - 7th November, 2026 Landscape photography
Everyone is welcome to join in as the sessions are very relaxed and we share knowledge, learn from each other and perhaps try something new.
Each month has a different challenge, this month is about landscape photography, depending on the weather it may be possible to do this as a trip somewhere local to practise. Sat 6 Feb 2027 - Café Forum - Flash photography & exposure bracketing - practical
Everyone is welcome to join in as the sessions are very relaxed and we share knowledge, learn from each other and perhaps try something new.
This months is a practical session so bring with you camera, lens, tripod, lights, flash and things to photograph
By participating in this practical session we can learn:
- How to use flash
- What setting to use on the flash
- Camera setting for using a flash
- How to use exposure bracketing, and

Everyone is welcome to join us. The trip provides an opportunity to photograph various wildlife, hopefully birds in flight and is an opportunity to learn from each other. As the trip is weather dependant more information will be added nearewr the time.

This will provide an opportunity to see the images other members took and identify problems people experienced. If the trip had to be canceled due to inclement weather the trip could be moved to this date. Again more information nearer the time.
