Selby Camera Club was founded in 1887, initially it was known as Selby Photographic Society but after a few years changed its name to Selby Camera Club. The Club is a member of the Yorkshire Photographic Union (a society comprising most Yorkshire camera clubs) and affiliated to the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain.

Club nights include guest speakers, competitions, demonstrations and members’ presentations, in addition members can attend workshops and practical outings that are arranged throughout the year. Details of our Thursday meetings can be found in our Programme and, if you are considering joining, you can attend 2 meetings free before deciding whether to join.

If you would like to know more our contact details can be found here.
